The section resistance existing in the ignition coil during axial pouring is avoided, the epoxy resin is infiltrated along the gravity direction without obstruction in a vacuum state, and residual gas rises to escape out of the ignition coil without obstruction. Meanwhile, while radially pouring, the opening surface is larger than that of axial pouring, the heat conducting performance of the epoxy resin is better than that of a coil shell material, and the epoxy resin has large air contact surface, high heat dissipation and low temperature rise, therefore, the service life of the radially-poured ignition coil is prolonged by more than 40 percent compared with that of an axially-poured ignition coil with same structure.
