Embodiment Construction

[0025] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the technical solutions and accompanying drawings.

[0026] Take the 2Hz triangular wave excitation signal as an example to describe in detail. In addition, the implementation manner of other non-sinusoidal periodic signals with different frequencies is the same as that of the triangular wave.

[0027] In a complete electro-hydraulic excitation control experiment for soil mechanics anti-seismic analysis, the amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum of the electro-hydraulic excitation system for soil mechanics anti-seismic analysis can be measured by using the sine wave method.

[0028] The determination method is as follows: from the lowest measurement frequency f of the system min =0.01Hz to the highest measurement frequency f max =50Hz, gradually increase the frequency f of the sinusoidal excitation signal, record the amplitude ratio and phase difference correspondin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the electrohydraulic vibration exciting control waveform of a non-sinusoidal periodic signal, which belongs to the technical field of electro-hydraulic proportional control and relates to the vibration exciting control of a non-sinusoidal periodic load in a mechanical anti-vibration test. The method is characterized by designing an automatic compensator for correcting the standard non-sinusoidal periodic signal into a new control input signal to be used as an actual input value of an electrohydraulic vibration exciting control system. The conceptof a new correction waveform is defined by using Dirichlet conditions and Fourier series theory. The frequency-amplitude characteristic and frequency-phase characteristic of the electrohydraulic vibration exciting control system are measured by means of a sinusoidal waveform; fitting work is finished by using the least square method; the amplitude and phase compensation-based method is established; and the correction of the control input signal is realized. The method has the advantages that: a hardware structure does not need to be upgraded; the improvement cost is low; the same effect as the updated hardware can be achieved only by changing software algorithm and designing an automatic compensator; and the method is convenient to popularize and apply.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electro-hydraulic proportional control, and relates to the excitation control of non-sinusoidal periodic loads in soil mechanics anti-seismic tests, in particular to an electro-hydraulic excitation control for improving non-sinusoidal periodic signals under the condition of existing electro-hydraulic proportional control hardware Waveform, method to improve control accuracy. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of domestic urban construction, there are more and more projects such as highways, high-speed railways, subways, tunnels, underground shopping malls and long-span bridges, and many huge and complex geotechnical projects have also emerged. The stability and deformation problems under the environment are becoming more and more important, especially the problems of foundation failure, foundation instability and deformation caused by different forms of vibration loads such as earthq...
