Abstract

The low-temperature solid slag fused block comprises 80% of total content of ascharite, borocalcite, coarse whiting and albite and 20% of total content of pyrophyllite, petalite, sodium carbonate and quenched cullet. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials, fusing at the high temperature of 1300-1400 DEG C, and carrying out water quenching treatment to obtain particles of which the sizes are 0.5-5mm. The invention has the advantages that (1) the slag temperature is lowered; (2) the raw materials permeate into the slag after being fused and the slag is solidified into large blocks which can be transported and stored conveniently; and (3) the residual heat is used for carrying out chemical reaction with the slag, thereby lowering the temperature for subsequently fusing the slag again when the slag is purified, shortening the reaction time and converting the heat energy.
