Abstract

The invention discloses a voltage-controlled oscillator, which comprises a voltage-controlled current source, a negative resistance circuit, a first transformer, a second transformer, a first transistor and a second transistor. The control end of the voltage-controlled current source receives a control voltage. The first ends of the first and second current paths in the negative resistance circuit are coupled to the current end of the voltage-controlled current source. The primary sides of the first and second transformers are coupled to the second ends of the first and second current paths in the negative resistance circuit respectively. The secondary sides of the first and second transformers are used as the first and second output ends of the voltage-controlled oscillator respectively.The first ends of the first and second transistors are coupled to the secondary sides of the first and second transformers respectively.
