The invention discloses a method for measuring Nd content through adopting solution fluorometry. The method comprises the following steps: Nd solution, alanine solution and iminazol solution form composition, and solution fluorometry is adopted to measure the Nd content; Nb composition of alanine and iminazol has better linear relation when used to make linearity curves, so as to perform quantitative analysis to the Nd element; and optimally, the composition molar ratio between alanine and iminazol is 5:1, the optimal acidity for composition fluorescence analysis is PH 5.0, the optimal excitation wavelength of the Nb composition is 220nm, the emission wavelength is 350nm, and the excitation and emission slit is 5nm to 10nm; and the experimental value coincides with the theoretic value when a referential NdCl3 solution is adopted for sample detection.
