Abstract

The invention discloses a video service implementation method and equipment and a system thereof. The method comprises the following steps that: a media control manager receives a video service request of a video terminal, wherein the video service request carries motion detection information and image pixel information which are set by a video terminal user; the media control manager determines a minimum pixel value after image segmentation according to the image pixel information set by the video terminal user, and sends a coding instruction to a video coder, wherein the coding instruction carries the minimum pixel value; the video coder performs sampling segmentation on the current image until the pixel values of the segmented images are not more than the minimum pixel value, and respectively codes the segmented images; and the media control manager judges whether the video stream forwarding condition is met or not according to the motion detection information set by the video terminal user, and forwards video stream coded by the video coder when determining that the video stream forwarding condition is met. By the method, data redundancy in the video service implementation process can be reduced.
