Abstract

The invention provides application of a bayberry tannin extract in preparing marine antifouling paint, relating to the application of the bayberry tannin extract. The bayberry tannin extract is prepared by using bayberry bark as a raw material through crushing, leaching, evaporating, drying and other steps, wherein the bayberry tannin extract generally contains over 55 percent of tannin, preferably over 68 percent of tannin, has a remarkable inhibition effect in marine micro-fouling organisms, marine large soft fouling organisms and marine large hard fouling organisms, represents efficient and broad-spectrum anti-fouling activity, and is widely applied to preparing marine anti-fouling paint. The marine antifouling paint prepared from the bayberry tannin extract does not contain toxic heavy metal compounds, is purely nature and non-toxic, cannot pollute the environment, and has excellent antifouling efficacy.

Description

Application of bayberry extract in the preparation of marine antifouling coatings technical field The invention relates to the use of bayberry extract, in particular to the application of bayberry extract in preparing marine antifouling coatings. Background technique In the historical process of utilizing the ocean and developing marine resources, human beings have always been faced with the problem of preventing marine fouling organisms. Marine fouling organisms refer to marine organisms that attach to and grow on the surface of ships and artificial facilities in the sea, and have adverse effects on human economic activities. The massive attachment and growth of marine fouling organisms lead to increased sailing resistance, reduced speed, increased fuel consumption, blocked aquaculture cages, net cages, aquaculture purse seines, and nets for fixed fishing, and blocked seawater transportation pipelines, resulting in The failure of instruments and rotating mechanisms in th...
