Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: clamping and positioning a group of needles on a clamp; performing image acquisition on distribution and positions of the needle tails by using a camera; transmitting and inputting an image into a computer for automatic recognition and processing to acquire a circle center coordinate point of each needle tail end; transmitting data of all circle center coordinate points to a drilling servo control system; aligning the position of each circle center coordinate point in turn and drilling; cleaning workpieces after the complete drilling operation is finished; performing the image acquisition again; and detecting whether the drilled holes are qualified or not. In the method, a plurality of needles are clamped and processed one time, and an electronic recognition and positioning system of the image can be automatically and accurately positioned to the centers of circles of the needles, so that the processing accuracy and the working efficiency are effectively improved and the rejection rate is reduced; and the method is scientific, rational and accurate, and mass production is realized.
