The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a frequency domain signal component set subjected to primary balancing; acquiring a time domain signal component set subjected to primary balancing by utilizing the N-point Fourier transform; choosing ND signal components at the center of the time domain signal component subjected to primary balancing as a second time domain signal component set; acquiring a second frequency domain signal component set, by utilizing the ND point FFT (fast Fourier transform); acquiring the evaluation result of a frequency domain channel when a time domain signal corresponding to the first frequency domain signal component set is transmitted; by utilizing ND point IFFT (inverse fast Fourier transform), acquiring the evaluation result of a time domain channel when a time domain signal frame is transmitted; eliminating the multipath interferences contained in the evaluation result of the time domain channel; expanding the evaluation result of the time domain channel after eliminating the multipath interferences as the evaluation result of the time domain channel containing N components; and by utilizing the ND point FFT, acquiring the evaluation result of the frequency domain channel after being expanded and using the evaluation result as a new factor of a balancer for sequentially balancing the frequency domain signal component set subjected to primary balancing.
