Abstract

The invention relates to a test method for analyzing migration condition of chemical constituents in a cigarette tipping paper, which belongs to the technical filed of tobacco. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: taking an artificial saliva as a leach liquor of the tipping paper; measuring certain area of the tipping paper, cutting the measured tipping paper into 1 cm * 6 cm strips, and placing the strips in a 50-250 mL conical flask having a ground stopper; injecting the leach liquor into the conical flask according to the ratio of paper loading area to leach liquor being 24-36cm2 / mL, and plugging the stopper; placing the conical flask in a water-bath oscillator at temperature of 36-38 DEG C for leaching in oscillation for 30-180 minutes to prepare a sample primary liquid; and analyzing the prepared sample primary liquid by a stir bar sorptive extraction-thermal desorption-gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry (SBSE-TDS-GC-MS) method so as to analyze the migration condition of the chemical constituents in the cigarette tipping paper. The test method for analyzing the migration condition of the chemical constituents in the cigarette tipping paper can effectively simulate the practical condition of contact of the tipping paper and the oral cavity while smoking so as to prepare the sample, uses the SBSE-TDS-GC-MS method to analyze the migration condition of the chemical constituents in the tipping paper, and is practical, simple and convenient.
