Abstract

The invention discloses a solar rolling glass kiln stove and a manufacture method thereof. The solar rolling glass kiln stove comprises a feeding device, a smelting section, a settling section and a neck which are arranged in turn and further comprises a plurality of smelting stoves which are arranged at two sides in the length direction of the smelting section, communicated with the smelting section respectively and capable of being switched between a combustion state and a smoke discharge state. The method for manufacturing the solar rolling glass comprises a step of batching glass raw materials, a step of smelting the glass raw materials in the smelting section of the glass kiln stove and a step of forming. Because the plurality of smelting stoves communicated with the smelting section are arranged at two sides in the length direction of the smelting section and the smelting stoves at two sides of the smelting section are switched between the combustion state and the smoke discharge state, the smelting stoves at one side are in the combustion state while the smelting stoves at the other side are in the smoke discharge state. Because the smelting stoves are switched after a certain time, the uniformity of an inner temperature field of the kiln stove can be controlled more conveniently, and therefore, the foam line of molten glass is more obvious; and the smelting quality of the molten glass is better.
