By utilizing the method to design model types of the intelligent device and virtual terminals and a design tool of a graphics primitive development secondary system, the engineering design of the secondary system of the intelligent transformer substation can go deep into a logical layer so that an interoperable relation of logical functions can be described by means of imaging and the design assignment of the intelligent transformer substation can be smoothly processed.
