Abstract

The invention discloses an Hspice compatible equivalent circuit simulation system and method. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a parameter check module, a function generation module and an equivalent circuit generation module, wherein the data acquisition module is used for reading a multi-port circuit system data file in a Touchshone format from a data storage unit of a computer, and obtaining an S parameter matrix from the multi-port circuit system data file; the parameter check module is used for checking whether all S parameters in the S parameter matrix meet the circuit passive characteristic; the function generation module is used for setting extremum-residual value quantity required by a rational number function generating the S parameters, and system errors; and the equivalent circuit generation module is used for generating a rational number function matrix of the S parameters by using an extremum-residual value quantity-based executing vector fitting algorithm, and simulating and synthesizing the Hspice compatible equivalent circuit according to the rational number function matrix.
