Abstract

The invention discloses a panoramic imaging earth sensor, which comprises an optical system, an image sensor and a digital signal processing circuit, wherein panoramic annular lens are adopted in the optical system. The panoramic annular lens are used for 360-degree annular imaging and earth image capturing; the earth image is projected to an image plane of the image sensor and is then converted into a processible signal by the image sensor; the signal is output to the rear digital signal processing circuit for processing to calculate the center of the earth image and further calculate attitude information of the earth in a satellite coordinate system. The invention overcomes the restriction of small field of view in previous common earth sensors, and realizes imaging in 360-degree large field of view without the need of activity scanning parts, thus endowing the whole earth sensor provided by the invention with advantages of small volume and simple structure.
