The preparation method of Xiaomeng oculentum comprises: sieving pearl powder with a No.9 mesh, disinfecting pearl powder under a high pressure (121 DEG C, 15 pounds), taking the pearl powder out, drying thepearl powder and sealing the pearl powder for later use; grinding borneol and borax into fine powder, sieving the fine powder, and sterilizing the fine powder for later use; and preparing a substratefrom a proper amount of vaseline, wool grease and liquid paraffin according to a ratio of (8:1:1), heating the substrate to 150 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1.5 hours, filtering, adding the medicinal powder when the mixture is cooled to about 60 DEG C, mixing uniformly and thus obtaining Xiaomeng oculentum which is almost white or yellowish to yellow.
