Embodiment 1

[0139] In this embodiment, admission control is performed through the HeNB GW. During the HeNB power-on registration process, the HeNBGW obtains the authorized QoS information from the fixed network and stores it. When a terminal attaches, accesses, establishes a DN connection, establishes a bearer, modifies a bearer, detaches or releases a PDN connection through the HeNB, the HeNBGW implements admission control on services / users according to authorized QoS, service level, user level, etc.

[0140] Figure 4 It is a schematic diagram of HeNB power-on registration process in Embodiment 1 of the present invention, as shown in Figure 4 As shown, the process includes:

[0141] Step 401: The HeNB is powered on, connected to the fixed network, and the fixed network assigns a local IP address to the HeNB through a relevant mechanism, and the address is used as an external IP address for encapsulating data packets.

[0142] Step 402: HeNB and SeGW establish an IPsec tunnel to ensu...

Embodiment 2

[0156] Figure 5 It is a schematic flow diagram of the admission control performed by the HeNBGW when the UE attaches to the HeNB or establishes a PDN connection according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, as shown in Figure 5 As shown, the process includes:

[0157] Step 501: the HeNB is powered on and completes the registration, and the HeNB GW obtains the QoS authorized by the fixed network.

[0158] Step 502: The UE initiates an attach or PDN connection establishment operation, and the wireless side and the core network perform related processing, including air interface, core network signaling transmission, core network bearer establishment, PCC session establishment, and policy delivery.

[0159] Step 503: If it is an attach procedure, the EPS core network (such as MME) sends an "initial context establishment request / attach acceptance" message to the HeNB; if it is a PDN connection establishment procedure, the EPS core network (such as MME) sends a "bearer establ...

Embodiment 3

[0171] Figure 6 It is a schematic flow diagram of the admission control performed by the HeNB when the terminal or the core network side initiates a dedicated bearer establishment or modification operation after the UE attaches through the HeNB in Embodiment 3 of the present invention, as shown in Figure 6 As shown, the process includes:

[0172] Step 601: The HeNB is powered on and registered, the HeNB GW obtains the QoS authorized by the fixed network, and the UE attaches to the EPS network through the HeNB. The UE or the network side initiates a dedicated bearer establishment or modification operation, and after processing by relevant network elements, the message flow reaches the EPS core network element MME.

[0173] Step 602: If it is a dedicated bearer establishment process, the EPS core network (here, the network element MME) sends a "bearer establishment request / session management request" message to the HeNB; if it is a bearer modification process, the EPS core ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a service admission control method. The method comprises the following steps that: when a home evolved NodeB (HeNB)/ a home NodeB (HNB) powers on, an admission control network element acquires authorization resource information from a fixed network; according to the authorization resource information, the admission control network element performs the admission control to a user equipment (UE) accessed from the HeNB/ HNB. The invention also correspondingly discloses a service admission control system. In the invention, under the condition that the UE accesses to a core network through the HeNB/ HNB, only when the fixed network and a mobile network have enough resources, the core network admits the service initiated by the UE. Therefore, by using the method and the system of the invention, service admission control performance of the system can be raised; simultaneously, a system resource management capability can be raised so as to guarantee quality of service (QoS) when the UE accesses to the service and improve user experience.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of wireless communication, in particular to a method and system for controlling service admission. Background technique [0002] The Evolved Packet System (EPS) of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) consists of the Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN), Mobility Management Unit (Mobility Management Entity, MME), Serving Gateway (Serving Gateway, S-GW), Packet Data Network Gateway (Packet Data Network Gateway, P-GW), Home Subscriber Server (Home Subscriber Server, HSS). [0003] figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of an architecture of an evolved home base station (Home evolved NodeB, HeNB) accessing EPS in a non-roaming scenario according to related technologies, as shown in figure 1 As shown, MME is connected with EUTRAN, S-GW and home base station gateway (HeNB GW), and is responsible for mobility management, processing of non-access stratum signaling, and management of user mobili...
