The method comprises the following steps of: constructing a non-fines concrete module, namely mixing broken stones, cement, silica micropowder recovered by a ferrosilicon smelting electric furnace, a water reducing agent and water which are taken as raw materials in a certain proportion, stirring and pouring to obtain the non-fines concrete module; demoulding after the concrete module is poured for 12 to 24 hours, and transferring to a curing room with the humidity of more than 90 percent and curing, wherein the concrete module can be used after being cured for at least 5 days; and planting the Lychnis fulgens on the concrete module on which the curing process is finished, and watering, preserving moisture and applying fertilizers according to the demand of plant growth.
