Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an antibacterial coating for a plastic surface. The method comprises the following steps of: stirring 70-75 parts by mass of potash water glass, 1-2 parts by mass of sodium hexametahposphate, 4-5 parts by mass of zinc oxide and 10 parts by mass of copper oxide at the stirring speed of 900-1,000 revolutions per minute for one hour; adding 50-60 parts by mass of chloroethylene-vinylidene chloride emulsion and 30-40 parts by mass of vinyl-acrylic emulsion at the stirring speed of 60-80 revolutions per minute; and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the antibacterial coating. As proved by industrial tests, the antibacterial coating can be used for effectively killing molds and other bacteria in the air. The antibacterial coating contains a sterilizing agent which has a stronger sterilizing effect and can be organically combined with various components in the coating, so that a long-term effective sterilizing effect can be achieved. The coating does not endanger the human body health; and meanwhile, the antibacterial coating is convenient to use.
