Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing gas-filled light building blocks by using alkaline residue. The building blocks are prepared from materials of, by weight: 25-65% of alkaline residue, 25-50% of a powdery mineral aggregate which is phosphate rock powder or fly ash, 12-18% of quicklime, 4-8% of cement, and 0.07-0.10% of a foaming agent aluminum powder. The materials are mixed and stirred according to the ratio; the mixture is injected into molds, and is processed through foaming, pre-conditioning, turning, demolding, and cutting, such that semi-finished products are obtained; the semi-finished products are conditioned in an autoclave; the semi-finished products are fetched from the autoclave, and are cooled, such that finished products are obtained. According to the invention, alkaline residue, which is a waste discharged during a soda ash production process, is directly adopted as a main material used for producing the gas-filled building blocks, and novel product production is carried out. Autoclave conditioning is carried out aiming at the characteristics of alkaline residue. Therefore, pollution is reduced, and waste is turned into valuable matters.
