Abstract

The invention discloses a distributed manipulator control system comprising a bus, a main machine controller, an all in one servo driver, multiple servo motors, an input and output interface, multiple sensors, and a claw driver. In the embodiment of the invention, the bus comprises a first node, a second node and a third node. The man machine controller is connected with the first node by communication. The all in one servo driver is connected with the second node by communication. The input and output interface is connected with the third node by communication. The servo motor is controlled by the all in one servo driver to move a manipulator. The multiple sensors are connected with the input and output interface by communication. The claw driver is connected with the input and output interface by communication. The distributed manipulator control system disclosed by the invention not only can effectively solve the complex wiring problem, but also can plan movement path of the manipulator directly by a touch display panel and can display real-time position of the manipulator. The man machine controller does not need to control the movement path.
