The invention discloses an integrated dissolved oxygen analyzer and a method. The analyzer comprises probe, sensing and control parts. The method provided in the invention comprises the following steps of: submerging the probe part which is provided with an optical device as the main body thereof in water, performing a series of conversion processing and then transmitting an electric signal obtained through conversion to the main body part; and performing the courses of correction, conversion, processing and the like on the signal transmitted from the probe part, and completing communication with the control part. Besides, the sensing part is designed with two acquisition and conversion manners which can be also multiplexed. The integrated dissolved oxygen analyzer has the advantages of small volume, high integration level, low power consumption, low cost, good adaptability to multi-point networking and the like, and also has complete functions and rich interfaces; therefore, the integrated dissolved oxygen analyzer is completely capable of meeting the requirements of dissolved oxygen content and temperature detection in water under complex conditions.
