Abstract

The ethanol synthesis catalyst consists of 15-35 percent of Cu, 30-50 percent of Zr, 5-20 percent of Ni, 15-40 percent of alkali meters and the balance of distilled water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving the components into the distilled water in the form of nitrate according to the proportion to form a 10-30 percent mixed solution; co-precipitating the mixed solution with a sodium carbonate solution while continuously stirring in the environment of 50-80 DEG C to ensure that precipitates are fully dissolved; standing and precipitating under an alkaline condition; washing with the distilled water till the presence of chorine ions cannot be detected in the solution; soaking an alkali metal in the form of oxalate for 60-80 minutes; baking and drying in the high-temperature environment of over 120 DEG C; and smashing to 30-60 meshes to obtain an ethanol catalyst.
