A target image is imaged on an infrared product by the reflection type parallel light pipe; a software system of the infrared product is driven by the computer, so that mounting is carried out; the computer reads an angle value of the high precision goniometer; and the detection software is used to compare the angle value and a result of a mounting value, so that a mounting precision value is measured. According to the invention, beneficial effects are as follows: operation is simple; mounting precision can be semi-automatically or automatically extracted; rapid, accurate and automatic measurement can be realized; and detection precision is high and the detection precision can reach 0.03 mil.
