Firstly, three methods, namely, measuring and exciting red light duration, exciting phase difference of red light and reference red light and exciting red light wavelength are adopted to measure the red light emitted by fluorescent substance excited by blue light, so as to obtain the existing dissolved oxygen content in the water respectively, then the two methods as exciting the phase difference of the red light and the reference red light and exciting the red light wavelength are adopted to serve as reference values for the data obtained through the method of measuring the exciting red light duration, measuring results of single methods are data combined, as a result, the optimum dissolved oxygen content in water is obtained at last.
