Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial explosive formulation containing coal water slurry and a preparation process thereof. The formulation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 88-93 of ammonium nitrate, 7-10 of water, 7-12 of coal water slurry, 1-5 of wood powder and 0.15-0.30 of surfactant. According to the invention, the formulation is applied to production. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding ammonium nitrate, water, the coal water slurry, the surfactant and the like which are weighed into a dissolving tank, stirring, heating and dissolving at the temperature of 125-130 DEG C, vacuumizing for 15-30 minutes at a vacuum degree being maintained between minus 0.085 MPa and minus 0.095 MPa, and discharging after the material is completely recrystallized; adding the wood powder which is dried in advance to mix and mill for 20-30 minutes; and charging the mixed and milled material, so as to prepare the industrial explosive formulation. According to the invention, the novel energy material coal waste slurry is used to replace oil-phase materials such as diesel, engine oil and paraffin so as to prepare an industrial explosive, thereby retarding the dependence on oil-phase energy and reducing production cost.
