Abstract

The invention relates to a dual-component polyurethane adhesive with high elongation rate and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of dual-component polyurethane adhesives. The invention mainly solves the problem that the elongation rate of a present dual-component polyurethane adhesive is generally less than 700% after solidification such that the adhesive can not satisfy joint filling and sealing requirements of highly deformed positions. The dual-component polyurethane adhesive with high elongation rate is mainly characterized by comprising two components A and B, wherein the component A contains, by weight, 5-25% of polyol, 2-10% of a chain extender, 15-35% of a plasticizer, 40-65% of a filing material, 0-3% of a coupling agent and 0.05-0.5% of a catalyst; and the component B contains, by weight, 80-95% of polyol and 5-20% of an isocyanate prepolymer. With the combination of the amino chain extender with an internal plasticization effect, polyol, the plasticizer and the like, the elongation rate of the adhesive after solidification can reach 1000%, its tensile strength can reach 1.5 MPa, and the adhesive is mainly used for bonding, joint filling and sealing of highly deformed positions.
