Embodiment Construction

[0020] An intramuscular fat deposition SCD gene is a stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD) gene related to intramuscular fat deposition isolated and cloned from the muscle tissue of Banna mini-pigs. It is characterized by: The CDS sequence of the gene has a full length of 1080 bp, and its CDS nucleotide sequence is as SEQ.ID.NO.1. In addition, the CDS nucleotide sequence encodes 359 amino acids, and the amino acid sequence is as SEQ.ID.NO.2.

[0021] Primers were designed for the above-mentioned characteristic intramuscular fat deposit SCD gene, PCR amplification was carried out, and the tissue expression profile of SCD gene in seven tissues of pig heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, muscle and fat was detected. The results showed that SCD gene is in fat. The highest expression level in tissues indicates that the SCD gene can regulate fat deposition in adipocytes.

Abstract

The invention discloses an intramuscular fat deposition SCD (Stearoyl-CoAdesaturase) gene which is separated and coned from Banna minipig muscular tissues and related to intramuscular fat deposition; the overall length of a CDS (Coding Sequence) of the gene is 1080bp; and a CDS nucleotide sequence of the gene is SEQ.ID.NO.1. The CDS nucleotide sequence codes 359 amino acids and an amino acid sequence is SEQ.ID.NO.2. Tissue expression spectrums of the SCD gene in seven tissues such as pig heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, muscle and fat are detected; and the result shows that the expression value of the SCD gene in the fat tissue is the highest and the fat deposition control function of the SCD gene in fat tissues is preliminarily indicated.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to genetic engineering technology for animal molecular breeding, in particular to a stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD) gene technology related to pig intramuscular fat deposition. Background technique [0002] In recent years, due to the excessive pursuit of high lean meat rate in pig breeding, the quality of pork has been seriously reduced. Intramuscular fat (IMF) is an important factor that affects meat quality. It is closely related to pork tenderness, flavor and nutrition. It has now received more and more recognition and attention. The fatty acid composition of intramuscular fat not only affects the flavor of pork, but is also one of the key factors affecting human health. If people consume too much saturated fatty acids, they will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. On the contrary, if the intake of more monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) will increase the liver low-density lip...
