The determination method comprises the following steps: determining parameters of a soil layer of a place by geological survey, then determining bulkhead additive thrust and displacement caused by friction force on the side surface by using a Mindlin displacement solution, determining the displacement and the deformation caused by the grouting pressure through a three-dimensional round hole expansion theory and determining the deformation caused by loss of the soil body and the like by a Sagaseta soil body displacement mode caused by the loss of the soil body; and finally determining the deformation of the soil body caused by the pipe jacking construction by superimposing the deformation caused by four factors and further providing a basis for the pipe jacking construction.
