Abstract

The invention provides an artificial feed for scotogramma trifolii. The artificial feed for the scotogramma trifolii comprises the following components by weight percentage: 0.8-1.2 percent of agar, 0.06-0.09 percent of sorbic acid, 1.8-2.8 percent of beer yeast, 5.0-7.5 percent of soybean meal, 5.0-7.5 percent of corn flour, 14-17 percent of tomato sauce, 0.07-0.09 percent of compound vitamin B,0.2-0.3 percent of ascorbic acid (Victoria C), 0.1-0.2 percent of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.2-0.3 percent of propionic acid and 64-71 percent of water. The invention also provides a preparation method and applications of the artificial feed. The preparation method of the artificial feed is low in cost, easy to operate and high in practicality; the artificial feed provides necessary conditions for scale production of the scotogramma trifolii, relieves the pollution caused by feeding with a natural feed and solves the anniversary and subculture feeding problems of the scotogramma trifolii; anda foundation for providing insect sources with the same physiological indexes for a further biological, genetic and toxicological research is laid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant protection, and in particular relates to an artificial feed for lepidopteran insects, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Spodoptera spp. belongs to Lepidoptera Noctuidae. It is a polyphagous pest that occurs locally intermittently. It is distributed in Northeast my country, North China, and Northwest China. The larvae eat quinoa feed plants (Zhao Zhanjiang et al., 1992). Mixed with cotton bollworms in Xinjiang cotton area, resulting in serious multi-headed cotton phenomenon in cotton fields, affecting cotton growth and development, causing young buds to fall off (Yu Jiangnan et al. 1997). The damage to sugar beet in Inner Mongolia is very serious, especially the heart leaves of sugar beet are bitten after seedling establishment, which affects the normal growth of sugar beet (Sun Zhihua et al., 1995). In other areas it can also damage a variety of crops including flax,...
