copper facing. The productive technology of environment-friendly type
solid welding wires without
copper facing includes the steps as follows: a washing process for raw materials of the
solid wires off-line by using
hydrochloric acid as a washing agent; a drawing process; and a no-coppering process. The no-coppering process includes a
phytic acid treatment step and a post-treatment step. A
phytic acid solution is used for treating during the
phytic acid treatment process, and the temperature of the phytic acid solution is not less than 75 DEG C; and a kind of membrane-firming lubricating oil is coated on the surface of the aired solid
