Embodiment 1

[0042] Example 1 A pressurizable needle-cable fixation system for patella fractures

[0043] Please refer to the attached figure 1 , with figure 1 It is a structural schematic diagram of a pressurizable needle-cable fixation system for patella fracture of the present invention. The needle cable fixing system is composed of a needle body 1, a steel cable 2 and a guide needle 3, and the needle body 1 and the guide needle 3 are respectively connected to two ends of the steel cable 2, and the three are connected as one. The needle body 1 is a solid metal cylinder, and an annulus, i.e. a tail hole 11, is provided at the end not connected to the steel cable 2, which is used to pass the steel cable 2, so as to facilitate the fixing of the 8-shaped tension band as required, Cerclage or 8-shaped tension band fixation and cerclage combination, etc. The total length of the needle body 1 is 20-60mm, and the diameter of the needle body 1 is 1.5-3.5mm. The inner diameter of the tail h...

Embodiment 2

[0049] Example 2 Patella Fracture Compressible Needle-Cable Fixation System with Sliding Sleeve

[0050] The needle cable fixing system as described in embodiment 1 can also include an optional component sliding sleeve 4, please refer to the attached Image 6 , with Image 6 It is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of a pressurizable needle-cable fixation system for patella fractures with a sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve 4 is a hollow metal rod, the diameter of the inner ring of the sliding sleeve 4 is 1.6-4mm, and the diameter of the outer ring is 3.0-6.0mm. The guide needle 3, the steel cable 2 and the needle body 1 of the pin-cable fixation system pass through the sliding sleeve 4, and can slide in the sliding sleeve 4 to form fracture end compression. One end of the sliding sleeve 4 is provided with a sleeve nail cap 41, and the hollow channel in the middle is the hole of the needle cable fixing system, and the diameter of the outer ring of the sleeve nail cap 41 is...

Embodiment 3

[0054] Example 3 Patella Fracture Compressible Needle-Cable Fixation System with Gasket

[0055] For the needle cable fixing system described in Embodiment 2, the sliding sleeve 4 can also be replaced by a washer 5, please refer to the attached Figure 8 , with Figure 8 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the pressurizable needle-cable fixation system for patellar fractures with gaskets. The washer 5 replaces the position of the sliding sleeve 4 and is set on the needle body 1 or the steel cable 2. The washer 5 is in the shape of a ring, the diameter of the outer ring is 4-10mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 1.6-4mm.

[0056] Please refer to Example 2 for the operation method of the needle-cable fixing system with only the washer described in Example 3, and replace the sliding sleeve 4 in Example 2 with the washer 5 . Please refer to the attached Figure 9 , with Figure 9 It is the use status diagram of the needle cable fixing system described in embodim...

Abstract

The invention relates to a pressurization needle cable fixed system for patella fracture. The fixed system consists of a needle body, a steel cable and a guide needle. The needle body and the guide needle are connected to two ends of the steel cable. The needle body is a solid metal cylinder, and provided with an annular tail hole at the end which is not connected with the steel cable. The invention further provided application of the pressurization needle cable fixed system. Compared with the existing commercial common hollow pressurization screw or screw cable, pressurization needle cable fixed system provided by the invention is simple in installation, can apply pressure on a fracture end during the installation process, and balance pressure of each part of the needle cable during steel cable tension belt fixed due to sliding of the needle cable, so that the integral pressurizing effect is realized and the breakage risk of an implanted article is avoided. The system is free of screw-like sharp structures so that cutting between implanted articles or cutting of implanted article to peripheral tissues can be avoided as much as possible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a pressurizable needle-cable fixation system for patella fracture and its application. Background technique [0002] The patella is the largest sesamoid bone in the human body and a component of the knee joint. Patella fractures are relatively common, often occurring in middle age, accounting for 1-2% of human fractures, of which transverse and longitudinal fractures account for 2 / 3 of the classification, there are many treatment methods, surgical treatment has been widely accepted, there are circular steel wire, Magnuson wire, tension band wire, AO tension band wire, and improved tension band wire internal fixation, etc. Hollow compression screw and tension band wire are the most commonly used methods. However, using this method to force the screw horizontally, it is often easy to bend, and the sharp tip of the screw will cut the steel cable, which will easily break the steel cable. [0003...
