Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening phosphorus-efficient genotypes of crops, which belongs to the field of evaluation on crop variety resources. 20-year-old soil fertilizer is used for long-term located testing, NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) fertilizer and NK (nitrogen and potassium) fertilizer with evident difference in phosphorus nutrient are used to treat soil, and screening of phosphorus-efficient genotypes of the crops is performed on a field. The method includes: dividing the field into a plurality of test plots, and building cement ponds around each test plot for isolation; randomly planting test varieties into the test plots, using no less than ten plants of each variety, repeating planting for four times, and performing same managements; calculating the single plant yield in each repeat, using an average as the singe plant yield in each repeat, and using the averages of the four repeats as final yield results for analysis and evaluation.
