Abstract

The invention discloses a process and a device for recovering C2 materials in an ethylene device. In a running process of a device for producing ethylene by hydrogenation after sequential separation, a part of cold source of a feed cooler is gas-phase C2 materials flowing back from a gas-phase outlet of a C2 gas-liquid separation tank; the gas-phase C2 materials in the C2 gas-liquid separation tank are subjected to multistage preheating through the feed cooler and then returned to a segment of a suction tank of a compressor for recycling; and the recycled gas-phase C2 materials not only can ensure the normal flow rate needed for running an acetylene hydrogenation reactor when the ethylene device is running in a low-load condition, but also can provide a part of cold energy for cooling pyrolysis gas. The liquid-phase C2 materials in the C2 gas-liquid separation tank are delivered to an unqualified ethylene product tank for storage, and returned to the ethylene device after the ethylene plant is running normally. The recovering process disclosed by the invention not only can recover the materials and realize no flare gas discharge, but also can fully recover the energy.
