The system is further provided with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) which is used for controlling and connecting with the machine tail frequency converter; and the PLC is communicated with an industrial computer through a wireless control network and is communicated with the machine tail frequency converter, so as to be used for carrying out power balance adjustment on the machine head frequency converter and the machine tail frequency converter.
