According to the sealing method of the connecting flange, which is used for the connecting flange of the wind driven generator, the sealing glue is coated on the butt-joint seam of the connecting flange so as to prevent external deposited water from entering a tower cylinder through the butt-joint seam of the connecting flange; then, the sticking belt is used for rightly winding and pressing the sealing glue to prevent the sealing glue from being corroded or aired and separated; and meanwhile, the sticking belt also can further prevent the deposited water from entering the inner part of the tower cylinder from the butt-joint seam, so that electric equipment in the tower cylinder is protected and is prevented from being corroded or immersed by the deposited water.
