The charging voltage of the flat transmission line is 50kV, the characteristic impedance is 10Ω, the charging isolation inductance is 300uH, the loop inductance is 1uH, and the load impedance is 50Ω. The circuit simulation results are as figure 2 shown.

Abstract

The invention provides a novel high-pressure square-wave pulse generating system, comprising a primary charging power supply, a control system, a triggering power supply, a multilevel pulse forming line high pressure generating system and a load system, wherein the primary charging power supply is connected with the control system, the control system is connected with the triggering power supply, the multilevel pulse forming line high pressure generating system comprises a plurality of parallel pulse forming lines, the pulse forming lines are connected to two electrodes of the primary charging power supply through inductors, one electrode of one pulse forming line is grounded, and the opposite electrode of the other pulse forming line is connected with the load system and is grounded, gas spark clearance switches are arranged between the pulse forming lines, two switches are connected with the triggering power supply, and the two extraction electrodes of the pulse forming lines are in flat panel output structures. The multilevel of forming lines are serially overlapped to output high pressure pulse square waves, which reduces a level of pulse compression process and simplifies the system.
