Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue culture vessel and a tissue culture method. The tissue culture vessel comprises a culture vessel with a bottom wall and at least one sidewall defining a chamber, at least one tray and a holder are arranged in the chamber as well, the bottom of the tray is provided with through holes, and the tray is arranged on the holder. The tissue culture method includes the following steps: (1) the surface of the tray is hydrophobically processed; (2) the tray is put on the holder, and tissue culture medium is added into the culture vessel with the holder; (3) a tissue block is added in and cultured in an incubator.
