experiment example

[0037] Reinforced concrete sample 1 was pre-prepared in the laboratory, and steel bar 2 (ie, working electrode) and stainless steel rod 3 (ie, counter electrode) were embedded in sample 1, and the corrosion of steel bars was accelerated by dry-wet cycle test method. Soak sample 1 in a sodium chloride solution with a mass fraction of 3.5%. After 4 days, take out sample 1 and let it dry naturally in the room for 3 days. This is regarded as a dry-wet cycle; On the second day, the electrochemical workstation (model Refence600, produced by GAMRY Company of the United States) was used to perform a rapid electrochemical test on the steel bar. The test device was connected as follows: figure 1 shown.

[0038] During the test, first lay the wetted sponge 5 on the top of the sample 1, then place the saturated calomel reference electrode 4 on the sponge 5 and correspond to the middle position of the steel bar 2, so as to form a three-electrode test system; At the same time, the steel ba...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrochemical detection method for the corrosion degree of a steel reinforcing bar in concrete. The electrochemical detection method comprises the following steps of: (1) respectively and correspondingly connecting the steel reinforcing bar, a counter electrode and a reference electrode which are arranged in a concrete sample with an electrochemical workstation to form a three-electrode testing system; (2) opening the electrochemical workstation for carrying out polarization test and recording anodic polarization current at the ending moment of the polarization; (3) calculating the corrosion current density icorr of the steel reinforcing bar; and (4) comparing the corrosion current density icorr of the steel reinforcing bar, which is calculated in the third step, with an internal standard value to judge whether the steel reinforcing bar is corroded or not. According to the method for determining the corrosion current density of the steel reinforcing bar in the concrete, an equilibrium potential is used as an initial polarization potential; according to the polarization mode, the distorsion of the measured polarization curve is avoided; an polarization potential amplitude is reasonable, so that the disturbance on the steel reinforcing bar is smaller; subsequent fitting processing for test data is avoided; the simplicity, convenience and quickness in test are realized; and the electrochemical detection method is suitable for engineering application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of evaluating concrete steel bars, in particular to an electrochemical detection method for the corrosion degree of steel bars in concrete. Background technique [0002] Corrosion of steel bars in concrete structures is a chemical reaction process that develops continuously during the life cycle of concrete structures. Under natural environmental conditions, corrosion will occur after a certain number of years of use, which will affect building safety. Therefore, it is necessary to measure and judge the corrosion degree and rate of steel bars in concrete structures, so as to facilitate timely maintenance; therefore, correct detection and evaluation of steel bar corrosion can provide very important data and suggestions for the remaining service life of components and possible maintenance . [0003] At present, the commonly used non-destructive testing methods include analytical, physical and electrochemical ...
