The tissue culture container comprises a culture container body with a bottom wall and at least one side wall to limit an inner cavity, the culture container body comprises a cover, the inner cavity internally comprises at least one bowl-shaped container, each bowl-shaped container comprises a hemispheric bowl bottom and a mouth, a flange perpendicular to the side wall of each bowl-shaped container is arranged at the position of each mouth, the diameter of the inner edge of each flange is smaller than that of each mouth, and the diameter of the outer edge of each flange is larger than that of each mouth, and the bottom of each bowl-shaped container is connected with the bottom of the culture container body. The tissue culture method includes the steps: (1) enveloping each bowl-shaped container by hydrophilic gelatin; (2) adding culture solution; (3) cutting and adding tissue blocks; and (4) inversely placing the culture container body into an incubator.
