The method comprises the following steps of building a power grid model to which the wind power is connected, building a simulation platform external interface model, performing formatting processing to data changing with time in a power grid and inputting the data into the simulation platform external interface model, setting a simulation parameter and performing dynamic operation simulation, building a control performance index assessing and analyzing model, preserving and processing result data to a control performance index. The method is used for studying impact analysis of wind power connection to power grid dynamic frequency modulation, the simulation time can be calculated from second level to hour level and higher than hour level, and monitoring variables include power system frequency, interconnection power, conventional generator set power, wind farm power and the like and are used for quantitatively analyzing influence on power grid frequency control performance under the conditions of different wind power and providing reasonable suggestions for adjustment of a control method of an automatic generation control system.
