Abstract

The vein viewing system comprises a control system (1), visible laser (2), near infrared laser (3), a MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) scanning galvanometer system (4) and an infrared detector (5). Near infrared light is used for carrying out two-dimensional scanning by controlling the MEMS scanning galvanometer system (4); then by being input into the control system (1), an infrared scattered light signal measured by the infrared detector (5) is read into an image input buffering part of the control system (1); the image processing is carried out by an image processing part; a processed image is transmitted to a 2D (two-dimensional) imaging controller (10) to control the projection imaging of the visible laser; and a vein image with the ratio of 1:1 with a real object is projected onto a tested skin surface and the projection of the vein image is coincident with the actual position of the vein on the tested skin surface in the horizontal direction.
