Abstract

The invention discloses a twin-array-type capacitive transducer and a gas solid two-phase flow detection method thereof, which belong to the field of multiphase flow detection. According to the dual-array-type capacitive transducer and the gas solid two-phase flow detection method thereof, the internal local concentration of the transducer is obtained through measuring the capacitance between of adjacent electrode plates by utilizing the characteristic that the adjacent electrode plates of the twin-array-type capacitive transducer have nonuniform sensitivity, so that the phase concentration distribution of two pipeline internal sections is rebuilt. Based on the characteristic that the random change of local concentration of the dispersed phase in a fluid causes the random change of the capacitance between the electrode plates, the pipeline internal velocity field distribution is rapidly rebuilt by using a cross correlation method so that noncontact monitoring and study are carried out on the disciplinarian of the stability, a flow pattern and the like of a gas solid flow according to the concentration distribution and the velocity distribution. The method provided by the invention is used as an extension of an electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) and has few measurement data, no complex operations and rapid detection velocity; the nonlinear error caused by rebuilding an ECT image is avoided, and accurate and reliable detection is realized; and a powerful means for the flow characteristic study of the gas solid two-phase flow is provided.
