Abstract

The invention comprises: a foundation formed by one or more reinforced concrete slabs (1) with truss-columns (3); piles for sinking same into the sea bed, located inside the columns (3); a redundant sealing and buoyancy system (8); an immersion control system that can be used to submerge the foundation at a controlled speed, once the platform is in the final position thereof; a hydraulic system for hoisting the platform up to a height above the largest wave foreseen; and plants (5) for installing the equipment.
