However, the adsorption capacity of these substances is much different from that of activated carbon.
In addition, the adsorption capacity of polystyrene-based macroporous adsorption resins modified by covalent linkages such as aniline, hydroxyl, carbonyl, and cyano groups can also be enhanced to a certain extent, but this modification method is expensive.

Embodiment 1
[0047] A total of 6 liters of polystyrene macroporous adsorption resin DA201-C was soaked in 12 liters of alkaline saline (2% NaOH + 8% NaCl) for 12 hours, and then washed with pure water until the pH was neutral. Pack six 1-liter columns with a height-to-diameter ratio of 10:1, named A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2.
[0048] Take 420 grams of lignin fragments obtained by hydrolyzing lignin, dissolve them in water under stirring, and prepare about 5% aqueous solution, which is divided into 4 parts, 20%, 20%, 30% and 30% respectively. The two columns B1 and B2 adsorbed 20% solution respectively, while C1 and C2 adsorbed 30% lignin fragment solution respectively.
[0050] Use an aqueous solution containing 0.5g / L phenol with a pH of about 5 as the sample, and add it to six adsorption columns of A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2 at the same time, and continuously detect th...
Embodiment 2
[0054] Six adsorption columns such as A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2, which are saturated in the embodiment 1, are regenerated with 8% NaOH aqueous solution, washed to pH 12, and the collected phenolic products can be used for other purposes, and then used with pure Water washing is neutral to pH, repeats the step of embodiment 1, obtains adsorption capacity as:
[0056] The results show that the regeneration of the resin is very simple with this adsorption method, and phenol products can be obtained.

Abstract
The invention provides a method for adsorbing phenolic chemicals from a water phase. The method comprises the following steps of: providing macroporous adsorption resin which is modified by a lignin fragment; and adsorbing waste water containing the phenolic chemicals by the macroporous adsorption resin which is modified by the lignin fragment to obtain waste water in which the content of the phenolic chemicals is reduced. The method is an absorption method which is simple in regeneration and is used for absorbing the phenolic chemicals from the water phase, and the adsorption capacity is close or superior to that of active carbon.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the recovery of phenolic organic matter in the water phase, and more specifically adopts an adsorption method to recover the water phase. Background technique [0002] The well-developed chemical industry, petrochemical industry, petroleum refining industry, coalcarbonization industry, pesticide and pharmaceutical industry, etc., produce a large amount of wastewater containing phenolic organic matter, which seriously affects environmental safety. Due to the strong bactericidal function of phenolic organic matter, traditional microbial treatment methods are difficult to solve phenolic water pollution. Scientists and technicians in this field have carried out a lot of research and development work and developed many treatment methods. Among them, the flocculation method and the oxidation method are expensive to deal with and produce secondary pollution, which is not attractive for commercial application; the membrane filtration ...
