Embodiment 1

[0012] Na 2 O-CaO-SiO 2 System glass (soda-lime-silica system glass) substrate surface is cleaned with cleaning agent, and then rinsed with deionized water. Put the glass substrate into the corrosion tank containing 1% HF solution, and place it in the tank for 10h, and rinse it with deionized water after taking it out. Put the cleaned glass substrate into a drying oven at 200°C, dry for 50 minutes, turn off the oven heating switch, and take it out of the oven when the temperature is naturally lowered to 50°C to obtain anti-reflection glass.

[0013] The measured transmittance and reflectance of anti-reflection glass, see figure 1 . The "original glass" in the picture refers to the Na 2 O-CaO-SiO 2 System glass (soda-lime-silicon system glass) substrate, its transmittance before anti-reflection treatment is about 91%, and its reflectance is about 8%. After anti-reflection treatment, the visible light transmittance of the glass can reach 97%, and the reflectance is less th...

Embodiment 2

[0015] Na 2 O-CaO-SiO 2 The surface of the glass substrate of the system is cleaned with a cleaning agent, and then rinsed with deionized water. Put the glass substrate into a solution containing 0.001% HF and 5% H 3 PO 4 solution in the corrosion tank, and placed in the tank for 2 hours, after taking it out, rinse it with deionized water. Put the cleaned glass substrate into a drying oven at 300°C, dry it for 100 minutes, turn off the heating switch of the oven, and take it out of the oven when the temperature is naturally lowered to 50°C to obtain anti-reflection glass.

Embodiment 3

[0017] Clean the surface of the Na2O-CaO-SiO2 system glass substrate for photovoltaic, photothermal, building, greenhouse and decoration that needs to be anti-reflection treated by calendering or float method with cleaning agent, and then rinse it with deionized water. Put the glass substrate into the solution containing 0.003%HF, 1%H 2 SO 4 , 0.001%HCl, 0.001%HNO 3 , 0.001%H 3 PO 4 and 5%H 3 BO 3 The corrosion tank of the solution, and placed in the tank for 0.5h, after taking it out, rinse it with deionized water. Put the cleaned glass substrate into a drying oven at 500°C, dry it for 10 minutes, turn off the heating switch of the oven, and take it out of the oven when the temperature is naturally lowered to 50°C to obtain anti-reflection glass.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing anti-reflecting glass by an acid corrosion method from a Na2O-CaO-SiO2 system glass matrix. The method aims to reduce the surface reflectivity of glass for photovoltaic purpose, photo-thermal purpose, buildings greenhouses and decoration purpose and increase the transmissivity of the glass, thereby increasing solar utilization rate, improving photoelectric or photo-thermal conversion efficiency, enhancing vision sharpness and reducing light pollution. The purposes of the method are achieved by the following technical scheme: firstly, the glass matrix is put in a corrosion tank holding acidic solution and corroded in the corrosion tank; and after being taken out and cleaned, the glass matrix is put in a drying oven to be dried, thus the anti-reflecting glass is obtained. The method has the benefits that the cost is low, and the glass is good in anti-reflecting performance and high in transmissivity; and the transmissivity of the glass to the visible light can reach 97%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a glass surface treatment method, in particular to a method for preparing anti-reflection glass by acid etching. The anti-reflection glass prepared by the acid etching method is suitable for solar thermal and photoelectric materials, architectural glass, glass walls of greenhouses and decorative glass. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the world's demand for new energy has greatly promoted the development of solar energy utilization technology. China has become the largest producer of photovoltaic and photothermal products, but most of the photovoltaic and photothermal devices use glass with good light transmission As a protective or insulating material, if the reflection of the glass surface can be eliminated, the transmittance of sunlight can be increased, thereby further improving the efficiency of photoelectric or light-to-heat conversion, which has good economic benefits; at present, the glass curtain wall use...
