Abstract

The invention discloses a novel lead-free energy-saving lamp glass tube which comprises, by mass, 46-52% of quartz sand, 18-24% of soda ash, 5-8% of potassium feldspar, 1-3.5% of clarifying agents and 16-22% of small materials, wherein the clarifying agents are mixture of cerium oxide, sodium fluorosilicate and sodium chloride in the mass ratio of 1:1.5:1, and the small materials are mixture of dolomite, sodium nitrate and borax decahydrate in the mass ratio of 5.5:1:1. The potassium feldspar and the soda ash substitute for potassium carbonate in the prior art with raw material not changed greatly, and raw material cost of the novel lead-free energy-saving lamp glass tube is reduced by 50 RMB to 400RMB per ton as compared with that of the prior art under the circumstances that the production environment and conditions are unchanged, and the production quality is not reduced or improved.
