Problems solved by technology

However, due to the long repair cycle, it has not been able to promote in cities
[0003] The optical fiber composite overhead insulated cables currently on the market are mainly insulated optical fiber composite overhead phase wires (insulated OPPC), which can realize power transmission and optical fiber communication at the same time, but after the cable is disconnected by a natural disaster, power transmission can only be restored by changing the cable And optical fiber communication, the repair cycle is very long
Therefore, optical fiber composite overhead insulated cables have been difficult to be accepted by urban power grid departments.

Embodiment Construction

[0027] Refer to attached figure 1 , an optical fiber composite aerial insulated cable includes an optical fiber 1, an optical fiber ointment 2, a stainless steel tube 3, a hard aluminum wire 4, a conductor shielding layer 5 and an insulating layer 6. An optical fiber 1 is housed in the stainless steel tube 3 and filled with optical fiber ointment 2 to form a stainless steel optical fiber unit; outside the stainless steel optical fiber unit, several layers of duralumin wires 4 that have been compressed in diameter are twisted, and a diameter-reducing mold is used for twisting. The diameter of each layer of hard aluminum wire is compressed to form an optical fiber composite overhead cable; a layer of semiconductor shielding material is wrapped outside the optical fiber composite overhead cable to form a conductor shielding layer 5, which is used to shield the electric field formed after the cable is energized; outside the conductor shielding layer 5 Extrude cross-linked polyethy...

Abstract

The invention relates to a 10kV and below optical fiber composite aerial insulated cable and a production method thereof. The optical fiber composite aerial insulated cable is mainly applied to urban power grids and comprises an optical fiber, an optical fiber ointment, a stainless steel pipe, hard aluminium wires, a conductor shielding layer and an insulating layer; the stainless steel pipe is internally provided with the optical fiber and is filled with the optical fiber ointment to form a stainless steel optical fiber unit; a plurality of layers of hard aluminium wires are twisted outside the stainless steel optical fiber unit to form the optical fiber composite aerial cable; the optical fiber composite aerial cable is covered by a layer of conductor shielding material to form a conductor shielding layer; and extrusion molding is carried out outside the conductor shielding layer to form the insulation layer of the optical fiber composite aerial insulated cable. The production method comprises the following steps of: (1) pulling and feeding a stainless steel belt into a steel pipe forming table; (2) slitting, longitudinally wrapping, leading the optical fiber into the stainless steel pipe, welding, drawing and dragging the stainless steel optical fiber unit after filling the optical fiber ointment to form a complete stainless steel optical fiber unit; (3) twisting the hard aluminium wires at the outer layer of the stainless steel optical fiber unit to manufacture the optical fiber composite aerial cable; (4) forming a conductor shielding layer; and (5) forming a cable insulating layer to manufacture the optical fiber composite aerial insulated cable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a 10kV or lower optical fiber composite overhead insulated cable and a production method thereof, which are mainly used in urban power grids. Background technique [0002] Most of the urban cables and optical cables are erected by a combination of underground and overhead. As the speed of urban construction continues to accelerate, it is becoming more and more difficult to bury optical cables, and more and more overhead forms are used. The optical fiber composite overhead insulated phase line that appeared around 2005 has received the favor of the State Grid Department. This optical cable can realize both power transmission and optical communication. However, due to the long repair period, it has not been able to be promoted in cities. [0003] The optical fiber composite overhead insulated cables currently on the market are mainly insulated optical fiber composite overhead phase wires (insulated OPPC), which can realize power...
