Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining the liquid friction force of a continuous casting crystallizer, which belongs to the field of mathematical simulation applications of continuous casting crystallizers for ferrous metallurgy. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining parameters of a casting powder channel in the continuous casting crystallizer; then, determining the consumption of casting powder in a unit time; according to the determined width of the casting powder channel, the thickness of a liquid casting powder film and the consumption of casting powder in a unit time, calculating the flow velocity of casting powder at each position in the casting powder channel by using a mass balance equation, and establishing an energy conservation equation; and according to the determined flow velocity of casting powder, calculating the liquid friction force. The method is put forward based on the energy conservation equation and the actually measured consumption of casting powder, and provides a new thought for analyzing the lubrication in a vibrating crystallizer; and the liquid friction force determination method disclosed by the invention reflects the changes of a liquid friction force in the crystallizer on the whole, so that the problem that the velocity gradient of liquid casting powder is difficult to accurately obtain in the existing methods is avoided, therefore, the results are more accurate.
