Abstract

The method comprises the steps of: (1) arranging adhesive layer(s) on the single side or the two opposite sides of the carbon fiber yarn, and arranging organic synthetic membrane layer(s) on the adhesive layer(s) to obtain carbon fiber yarn intermediate, wherein the melting points of the organic synthetic membrane layer(s) and the adhesive layer(s) are below 350 DEG C; (2) bonding the carbon fiber yarn intermediate onto a heat-resistant spindle by the adhesive layer(s); (3) carrying out heat treatment in an oxidizing furnace; (4) carrying out heat treatment in a non-oxidizing furnace; and (5) finally, separating the carbon fiber yarn intermediate from the heat-resistant spindle to obtain the carbon-carbon composition heating wire. The invention also relates to related carbon-carbon composition heating wires.
