The process includes steps of 1), manufacturing an inner core of a radiator into a T-shaped steel tube insert; 2), manufacturing one end of a radiating unit by a die-casting method; 3), sleeving an aluminum alloy section on the outer portion of an extending steel tube of a die-cast part to manufacture a radiating body; 4), welding a transverse tube at the other end of a T-shaped steel tube; and 5), manufacturing the other end of the radiating unit by the die-casting method to obtain a die-cast combined type radiator. The process has the advantages that the radiator is divided into three portions, the difficult problem that the height of an existing die-cast aluminum radiator is limited by equipment, dies and the like is solved effectively, small equipment can be used for producing radiators with various heights by the die-casting method, the thermal performance and the appearance quality of the radiators are improved, and the products are upgraded.
